Nona was professional and responsive to questions when we had them. The main point I’d like to make in this review is that Nona’s experience was key to selling our home. Nona was straight forward and we had the same valuation of the home in the beginning which was supported by comps. When the offers came in, Nona was able to distinguish between good and great offers. She was able to note an offer that would be highly successful in closing and at the price we were looking to sell. As a result, we took 1 offer to sell with the contract going through and closed on time. This was such a stress relief to sell and not worry about going though another pending sale situation. To begin with, she is extremely detail-oriented in all that she does, particularly when it comes to the contracts, which made the process on both transactions stress-free for my wife and I.
